I felt inspired to join b/c for a very long time I have been passionate about the internal arts and I feel that Michael & Centina offer a beautiful landscape for us to flourish in this area across time and space. I began practicing Tai Ji about 3 years ago but have been studying the healing and longevity arts my entire adult life. I hope to discover a deeper connection within myself and more internal power and alchemy so I can be the best version of myself.
